The exposed concrete structure, a greenhouse for a high-tech company in Katzrin, sits in the heart of wild vegetation. The two-storey building overlooks the Sea of Galilee and allows for a moderate transition from the edge of the industrial area to the untamed landscape in front of it.
Two separate entrances, each on a different level and on a different façade, divide the building into two entirely separate floors, occupied by two different companies. A central inner courtyard, planted as a green garden, connects the two floors and forms the heart of the project.
Despite the extremely low budget ($700 per square meter), careful design and a professional approach prevented any compromise of the building's architectural qualities.
